Your experience will include a short induction course to help you make the most of your experience, followed by an action-packed driving session. An exhilarating, if terrifying, high speed passenger ride will bring your experience to a thrilling end.nbsp;You must arrive at the location at least 20 minutes before your start time. You will spend time in the classroom to learn safety issues and rally technique, then will take to the track for your driving session (driving time varies with location) followed by a white knuckle passenger ride with your instructor. The day ends with a presentation of certificates and debriefing. Your experience will last approximately 2 hours in total.nbsp;On purchasing this experience you will be sent a voucher valid for ten months. Available on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in Shropshire. You will receive full driving tuition in the reassuring company of the friendly and experienced instructors, some of whom served in the Falklands and Gulf Wars, and who may have some interesting stories to tell! The ratio of guests to vehicles is set to keep all participants busy throughout the session.nbsp;The Course Includes complimentary refreshments throughout the session, full safety briefing, driving the Chieftain, MBT 55 tons 700hp, driving the Abbot SPG (self-propelled field gun), driving the APC (Armoured Personnel Carrier), riding the Quad Bikes. You will receive a Certificate of Achievement. This course runs on Saturdays and some Friday dates.nbsp;On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to contact the location directly to book a time for your experience. Please dress comfortably and warmly. Sturdy boots are advisable, as are waterproofs during wet weather. Should there be any problems (breakdown, starting late etc) there are spare vehicles available to help keep the session on schedule. Toilets are available on site, there is also an undercover area with picnic benches and a wood fire that is lit in cold or wet weather. This is where the safety briefing takes place and refreshments are available. Please note that if you have a chest size of over 50 inches it may be difficult for you to get into some of the vehicles. Half Day Rally Driving Experience
Enjoy a jam-packed experience at the wheel of a rally car!!!For sheer thrills look no further than this jam-packed rally session. Your experience will include at least two high speed sessions with you at the wheel and an instructor in the passenger seat showing you all the moves enabling you to make the most of your time in the car. You will then have competitive laps against the clock to find out how good you really are, plus an exhilarating passenger ride with a professional in the driving seat!nbsp;This half day course begins at either 8.30am, 12pm or 3pm and lasts a maximum of 3 hours. On arrival you will receive tea and coffee and will be introduced to the team. Then there will be a safety briefing before you get straight into the driving seat of the rally car. After a practice lap you will then take the next few laps at a more intense pace. Your instructor will encourage you to get the car sliding about and make the most of your experience. After a short break while the other participants take their turn it’s back in the car for a second session. After another short break you will get the chance to have one last practice lap before a competitive lap against the clock! The final event is a white-knuckle passenger ride as the instructor shows you how the professionals do it.
